Let your child’s imagination soar as they create unique pieces of art while building lifelong skills in a supportive and fun environment.

Week 1: T-Shirt Design Extravaganza
Get ready to unleash your creativity! Join us for an inspiring session where you'll design and print your very own t-shirt, taking cues from the vibrant styles of French illustrators Maxime Prou and Adèle Favreau. Dive into the world of bold colours and abstract shapes as you explore what makes their designs special. By the end of the workshop, you'll walk away not only with a unique t-shirt but also with a sense of accomplishment and a new appreciation for fun fashion design! Don’t forget to come ready to wear your masterpiece!

Week 2: Shadow Puppetry Adventure
Step into the magical world of shadow puppetry! In this fun-filled workshop, you'll use recycled materials to craft your own individual shadow puppets. Together, we’ll create a short collaborative stop-motion film inspired by the enchanting traditions of The Wayang Puppet Theatre and the innovative techniques of Manual Cinema. Bring your imagination as we learn to tell stories through light and shadow! Be prepared for laughter, creativity, and a fantastic showcase of our puppet films at the end!

Week 3: Experimental Mono printing
In this session we’ll explore fun mark-making techniques to create striking Mono prints using colour overlays.

Week 4: Collage Creations
In this workshop, we will take the Mono prints from the previous session and transform them into unique collages incorporating wildlife silhouettes inspired by Illustrator Matt Johnson who creates hand made and digital wildlife landscapes inspired by Cornwall.

Week 5: Cyanotype Printing Wonders
Dive into the fascinating world of cyanotype printing! Using natural materials you collect, we’ll create stunning blue-and-white prints. You’ll not only make beautiful pieces of art on paper but also craft a mini tote bag perfect for storing your favourite items—whether it’s art supplies, hair accessories, or a tasty packed lunch! We’ll kick off with an exciting introduction to pioneer photographer Anna Atkins, who made history by illustrating books with photographic images. Let’s make art that’s both historical and modern!

Week 6: Repeat Pattern Lino Stamp Gift Wrap & Tags
