If you're interested in learning the art of screen printing from the comfort of your own space, Dena offers comprehensive online training and a complete Kiwi Print Studio Starter Kit to get you started. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Dena has designed these kits to not only provide the necessary equipment but also her expertise in using them effectively and troubleshooting any technical challenges.

Each kit includes a wooden framed screen, wooden handle squeegee, hinges, backing board, rubber matting, water-based fabric and paper inks (black, white, yellow, red, and blue), as well as mixing wooden spoons and pots. This comprehensive package ensures you have everything you need to begin your screen printing journey.

Once you have made your booking and 10 day prior to the course you will be sent your kit via registered post.

In the beginner's online screen print course, Dena will guide you through the basics, tools, materials, and equipment required to start your screen printing adventure. Under her expert supervision, you will create various hand-printed items such as cards, paper prints, and more, while also learning how to mix your own unique colors and pull the squeegee across a virtual screen to reveal your prints. Additionally, you'll gain practical guidance, visual inspiration, and create a range of visual outcomes to kickstart your screen printing journey.

What to prepare: As this is an online course, make sure to have your Kiwi Print Studio Starter Kit ready, along with a pencil, pen, eraser, and A5 or A6 notebook. Ideally you will need to work at a sturdy table with space to place any wet prints and ensure you have followed the emailed link to open teams. Dena will set up individula invites via teams a few days before the start of the course to help test links and ensure you have everything ready.

I hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else.
